Guardol Hygiene Epsom Salts is a soaking solution suitable for tired and aching muscles and is recommended for pre and post workouts. Formulated with an Essential Oil complex of Tea Tree, Eucalyptus and Peppermint Oil, known to help revitalise and rejuvenate the body.
Directions: Dissolve 1 to 2 cups of product to a standard sized bath whilst running warm water. Soak in the bath for 15 – 20 minutes for sports recovery.
